1. 門框三邊的處裡應該運用大型鑲崁氣密條，在門框三邊凹槽即門止轉角處，事先刨3mm寬10mm深溝槽，以便於門框完成後鑲崁大型Q102複合材質鑲崁型氣密條，其材質外表具有抗uv紫外線與防脫落設計。
2. 門框之間地板加裝2005無障礙斜坡通道型門檻，此門檻具有輪椅可輕易跨越兼具氣密條功能專利設計，讓門片與門檻之間完整的結合。
3. 門片底部預留15mm寬35mm深與門等寬溝槽，以便鑲崁411隱藏自動升降型隔音五金，可自行調整密合度與更換阻尼，開關門時剛好頂住2005無障礙斜坡通道型門檻，讓411隱藏自動升降型隔音五金阻尼下降，而緊實頂住門檻上方達到雙重隔音功能。

The automatic door bottoms consist of an aluminum case which surrounds a movable drop-bar seal.
