一般既有的房間門( 包括空心木門或實木門等)的門框三邊周邊縫隙DIY改善方式

絕大多數既有的房間木門無論是空心木門或是實木門都搭配木門框組成。其實質功能通常不具備較佳的氣密或是隔音功能。尤其是門片四周會有漏光(也就是氣密不佳與隔音不良)的情況產生。

而大多數聲音的傳輸路徑以縫隙為主,所以只要將這些位置用專業的隔音材料以正確DIY工法施作就可得到明顯隔音效果。

ㄇ型門框凹槽門止三邊位置,經常有人以一般絨毛條粘貼但是還是無法得到改善,其原因是絨毛條屬於以防塵功能為主上無法達到氣密甚至於隔音等級。如果運用非專業隔音材料時,不但無法得到改善有時還會造成關不上門的窘境。

因此可運用專業級PK55氣密/防煙條粘貼於ㄇ型門框凹槽門止位置。專業級PK55氣密/防煙條採用適合於攝氏零下40~攝氏121(約為華氏零下40 度 至華氏250度) 專業阻尼材質搭配特殊空氣泡造型,在使用時經過擠壓形成小空氣阻尼達到有效的氣密與隔音功能。由於此類阻尼是外露型經常受到擠壓並且面臨溫度與溼度變化,所以它必須以特殊耐候不易變形材料製成。一般膠條經常受到溫差或是溼度影響而硬化或脆裂,失去其原有彈性無法保持氣密或隔音的效果。

門片下方與地板縫隙的隔音處理方式依據地板材質或縫隙大小以及預算有多種隔音五金可選擇。(一般房間門片下方與地板間縫隙的隔音五金產品自行改善方式另外詳述)

1.縫隙小於2.5公分以內,地板屬於耐磨材質的情況,可搭配211210隔音五金。
2.縫隙小於0.8公分以內,地板屬於耐磨材質的情況,可搭配306隔音五金。
3.縫隙小於2.5公分以內,只要地板無論是木質或石材,可搭配4131自動升降隔音五金。
4.縫隙小於2.5公分以內,鋪設地毯時有專用4131自動升降隔音五金搭配。

以上材料均可DIY自行改善,同時隔音五金的阻尼均可於多年使用後,因磨損可自行抽換,屬於非常經濟實惠的專業組合。

一般窗戶與落地窗隔音不良~經濟實惠的DIY改善方式

一般窗戶以左右橫移方式開關為主,無論是金屬或是塑膠材質經過長期使用熱漲冷縮或是地震等種種因素,導致於其氣密與隔音功能逐漸不良,讓業主面臨噪音或是風切聲影響生活品質而困擾不已。多數來自室外的噪音或是風切聲其實由窗戶的周邊縫隙進入,只有少數低頻或是高分貝聲音才可能穿透玻璃。
基本上的可自己運用簡單的材料如有軟管或是吸管等類測試漏音位置。一端置放於窗戶的縫隙另一端靠近自己的耳朵(勿插入耳內)即可發現聲音進入室內的主要路徑。
 
曾有消費者以布條或是泡棉之類填充縫隙或許可稍微改善,但是卻讓窗戶原有功能無法維持窗戶的開關功能。 現有DIY又具經濟效益兩全其美方式可與消費者分享。
 
窗戶有兩大部份:一是可左右橫向移動或拆卸的部份稱為窗扇,另一部份是鑲嵌於牆壁整組的部份稱為窗框架。

當窗戶關閉後窗扇的三邊(側邊與上/下三個區域)與窗框架,以及窗扇與窗扇中間的交界處其金屬都有重疊。聲音幾乎都由金屬框的重疊部份縫隙進入室內,而縫隙的間隙距離很有限所以運用單薄又特殊結構的阻尼才能改善隔音,並且讓窗戶還可以開關保持原有功能。

自行DIY改善方式為於窗扇的邊緣,包括窗扇與上/下或側邊窗框,窗扇與窗扇重疊區域,黏貼PK33氣密/防煙條,讓有氣泡一端朝向玻璃甚至於讓該氣泡被夾緊於窗戶縫隙即可。

靠近室內的窗扇需黏貼位置在窗扇鋁框的上/下與側邊。靠近室外的窗扇黏貼位置在窗扇鋁框的上下與側邊,黏貼於窗扇靠近室內的這邊,其中下緣是讓氣密條緊靠窗槽即可。另外兩個窗扇的鋁框中間重疊位置,也需要在其中任一窗扇鋁框黏貼一道垂直的氣密條。因此整樘窗戶需要黏貼位置包括垂直三道(左右兩側與中間)與水平上下各一道。所需長度計算方式為整個大窗框的高度x3+總寬度x2=多少公分?一捲PK33氣密條的總長度是17英尺(約518公分),所以很容易就可了解使用捲數是多少?



因窗戶始終處於溫度與濕度不斷變化,所以氣密條材質必須耐候性非常特殊,才能達到一定的效果與延長使用壽命的經濟效益需求。

PK33氣密/防煙條是由美國逾50年專業隔音材料製造廠生產,以耐候性佳又具抗臭氧的軟性橡膠製成水滴氣泡型,其黏貼寬度9.5mm最薄的厚度約0.5mm,氣泡最大為4.8mm
它符合美國國家ASTMUL的氣密性,防煙性與防火等將多種標準。使用時將背膠直接黏貼於窗扇的金屬或塑鋼四周邊緣,它不但可縮小窗扇與窗框或是窗扇與窗扇之間的縫隙,同時也讓聲音流竄時~因有空氣泡阻擋大幅衰弱聲音的能量。更重要的是不影響窗戶既有的開關功能。
